Was disappointed that the geek squad said this warranty did not cover my stove top glass cracks from the heat. Don't get warranty if thinking they cover the glass on a stove. Reason why i gave a 1 star. They used to be great at covering products in the past but now its just isnt what it used to be.

I’ve been had to use a product as of yet but hopefully they do everything the say

When we purchased appliances for our kitchen the salesman recommended getting the extended warranty for fridge and dishwasher.

Geek squad did nothing for me no knowledge at all contodict what the irher person said to me its a joke how some people have a job

Little worried my refrigerator always say call for service and is not even 6 months old

Just bought the warranty with our dishwasher purchase, so haven't needed to use it, and hope we never do. Peace of mind proterction.

Haven't had to use my service yet but glad to have it in case the dishwasher breaks

This 48” model was not available for viewing in any Best Buy store so we bought it sight unseen. Shipping was delayed twice from the manufacturer. When we finally got it and installed it, it was a VERY basic model - 8 gas burners and 2 ovens - no electronic indicators signaling that your oven is preheated, no digital clock, no timer options. Just interior oven lights and “on” light for selected burner. Also, fan never came on for convection oven resulting in burned bottoms of baked goods. Definitely not satisfied.

Comprehensive and thoughtful service plan - covers all the bases.

Pawn off on Samsung I thought very hard to work with to. Fix my new dryer

Is guess they way these things are made you need these warranties !

Broken and Geek Squad unwilling/unable to fix machine. Only option is replacement

After months of back and forth on the phone with bb, everything finally got resolved

I would have to agree with the many people who said that Geek Squad Service is a joke. Their primary goal seems to be to say things to get you off the phone, usually either "I'm so sorry..." or "a BB store can fix it, just go to a store". The former comment doesnt fix my problem, and the latter comment is flat out untrue - I did go to a store, but because I bought the item on BestBuy.com, no store can fix the problem.

The agent was professional and very efficient. I was pleased

I had a defective knob on my new kitchen aide stove top and bought full insurance through Best Buy but when I called they told me it wasn’t coveeed and I had to call kitchen aide for a replacement because in the insurance through Best Buy it’s considered a cosmetic item. I should have saved my money on the insurance since it doesn’t cover basic things.
