    3 year warrantee on Maytag Dishwasher

    Extended coverage for my new Maytag Dishwasher. I hope to never need it, but if I do I have the piece of mind that it will cost me less to repair or replace in the first 3 years of ownership.

    Always great service. Put my TV stand together and fixed the TV into position. Put my over the range microwave in, did a great job. In the past helped me with an issue with my lap top. Well worth the money.

    Terrible experience with geek squad

    I have had major trouble with customer service and geek squad in a effort to get my refrigerator fixed. The water dispenser started dispensing and wouldn’t stop we weren’t home at the time. I called and scheduled a repair. The tech that came out did not seem properly trained to diagnose the problem he had to call LG so they could walk him through how the buttons on the display work. He ordered several parts and rescheduled another visit. The parts were sent to my home and when I opened the box I knew he didn’t have a clue. I got a ice maker and trim pieces to fix my dispenser. I’m not a tech but common sense says it’s not right. I called customer service and asked they re assign the tech or send a manager to properly diagnose the issue. Dani in customer service said it was all set and gave me a new appointment. She also instructed me to file a claim via email to Segwick for the property damage. Come to find out that email does not accept emails. I called back to file a claim over the phone only to get no response from segwick. Day of the appointment came and same tech was scheduled. I called customer service again only to get a very rude supervisor who said thers nothing she can do and refused to escalate or allow me to file complaint. The tech came out and spent almost 3 hours changing unnecessary parts only to say that it’s still broken. After that most of the food is spoiled. We called customer service again but spent hours with no resolution and only getting the response to have to try again for another repair in witch they ordered a door that does not include the dispenser that I feel is also a bad guess at best. I also was informed you take no responsibility for any physical damage to the home as a result. You would not even consider a courtesy credit for the inconvenience. I now need to take a 3rd and 4th day off to try and resolve this. You really should eliminate the call center as they only created cases and more problems with misinformation provided rather than correcting the issue. I’m not a tech but I am more qualified than who you are sending out. You have wasted my time and money. We are going to cancel any remaining contracts after the repair is complete any take our appliance purchases elsewhere. You make it so difficult and confusing nobody has any authority to do anything to help.

    Finally upgraded from an old hot point refrigerator. It meets our needs and happy with the purchase. I'd recommend it for those looking for an upgrade.

    How many how do use this service but it covers me pass the Standard warranty. Unfortunately products these days do not last as long as they used to so to me it’s worth the value

    Keep an eye on the 10 year linear motor warranty... None better. Cover it also with an extra couple years, and you'll be glad you did.

    Good long term protection for expensive in wall combo Microwave and Oven unit. One call was all it took to report a broken microwace roller arm and receive a replacement in the mail within days.

    I purchased this as my stove only has a one year warranty. I'm disappointed that this isn't an additional warranty. Basically I'm paying for the first year of this and will never use it. If something goes wrong in the first year, the manufacturers warranty will cover it. So this is actually a 2 year additional warranty......I would have preferred if it didn't overlap the original warranty.

    Installed dishwasher and refrigerator and we purchased the extended for the small extra. This plan van be used on more than what you bought who couldnt use that kinda "coverage"...

    Will not purchase anything big without Geek Squad protection plans. Simply put, well worth the money invested. Have had to use it a couple times, no questions asked - item was replaced.
