I would rather contract service through Bestbuy. I had a horrible experience using a Maytag extended warranty. All my TVs and appliances have been through Bestbuy.

The installation service was what I expect of Best Buy. Efficient, timely and easy to understand. I hope I don't have to use the protection, but it is nice to have it.

They where great they installed washer quick and then they took old one very happy

The agents brought the dryer on time and promptly had it hooked up and running.

I have not had to take advantage of my warranty yet, but am always grateful to purchase a Geek Squad warranty that I know I can rely upon if something breaks or malfunctions.

Geek squad helped me by looking up my washer and informing me it was on a recall list by Samsung.they told me the steps to take and it worked out fantastic whereby the next day I had a new washer with a check from Samsung 4 weeks later.

Geek squad protection is great to have. This is just one of the many products I have gotten from Best Buy for which I have opted to get the Geek Squad Protection.

Love the comfort of knowing if there is a problem, it is covered!

I haven't need to use the GeekSquad yet for any repairs for this combo, but I have on past appliances.. They're always attentive quick and fix what's wrong. Thanks, GeekSquad

Very happy with the Geek Squad coverage! Bought coverage for LG Washer and Dryer. Made this purchase at Best Buy because we wanted Geek Squad coverage for piece of mind!

I would definitely recommend the Geek squad 5 year protection with an product I buy....The average cost per year is minimal and you have complete protection.

I did not want any costly repair surprises during the initial life of either the dryer or washer. This was a great program with a discount for Geek Squad "Total Support" members.

I bought this insurance because it has very good coverage for the price. Haven't used insurance yet, but it looks good.

Protection plan is highly recommended to anyone purchasing any appliances for household.
