Great, fast delivery, quick installation no issues

The washer and dryer work great and are very quiet. The ordering process was quick and easy and the delivery and installation were done very quickly and carefully.

Invest in your self buy some nice things but when you do make sure to get the protections plans. Ya never know what could happen. Better to be safe then sorry.

I have not had to use this so I don’t know much about it. I hope I don’t have to use it. It’s better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it

Have not used them yet for my washer machine and hoping I don’t have to use them any time soon. But I love geek squad protection due to previous electronics and appliances.

I would not purchase an appliance without this service. Installation and removal were very efficient. Also, a call about an issue was quickly answered and resolved by phone.

i called about washer not working they sent a third party tecnician out. it was an 8 hour window wait on the day for them to come. they diagnosed the problem and had to order the part. and scheduled the repair for the following week. 4 weeks of the part not coming in and rescheduled repair appointments i had to call best buy back about the issue. they have now rescheduled me for another technician to come out with a 4 hour window to show up for repair. so im going on over a moth without a washer that i paid over $700 after the extended warranty.

I hope I don’t need to use it but got it because I’m a sucker and didn’t want to deal with it if there happens to be a problem. I have also had good experience in the past.

So far we haven't had to use the protection plan. we have used a protection on an ather product and it was worth the cost.

They will come in handy if I ever need them. Looking forward to the assistance lol

Machine operates great, replaced old agitator washer with a impeller styke, LG brand, good washer, gets clothes clean...great price for this machine..

I had to review the product because it was broken. Geek squad was great about the return. They paid me quickly and were very helpful.

No complaints really. other than Works good. takes forever to wash i just bought it because it was on sale and a lot of other ones were on backorder

I bought this protection plan for my Samsung Washer and Dryer. I was told that this plan includes any type of issues as long as they are not intentional damage to the units. In my opinion, it is a plan worth buying.
