Added this item to my Washer and Dryer purchase for peace of mind for 5 years. At first i was hesitant from buying but finally settled in getting the warranty for the reason that $125 which is just $25 a year is affordable for the type of coverage this is offering!

Love that I bought a extra warranty because you never know and so far haven't had to use it at all

I have not had to use this service as bst buy has excellent quality products but I know they have helped me tremendously in the past with my computer questions

The LG washer and dryer was exactly as described. The build along with the spaciousness of the machines couldn't be more correct. Wish I had purchased it long ago.

I had a small hick-up after installation (no fault of Best Buy), I let Best Buy know and they immediately set up a time for someone to come out and take care of it for me. What a relief, glad I got the protection plan.

I was told by some reps that I talked to that I would get some kind of paperwork. All I got was a receipt and no paperwork. The geek squad behind the counter told the clerk that is all I needed. I would like some kind of documents stating what is and what is not covered. Not really crazy on how the whole thing happened.

Whenever I purchased any thing from Best Buy, I make sure that a warranty is always obtained to get the best investment.
