Haven't had to use it, but good coverage is listed. Always had good luck when I needed to use them in the past. Pricing is a bit high, it's gone up a bit recently. Must have for a washer/dryer though.

Geek squad service plans are well worth the money! Especially since everyone knows that everything seems to break right after the manufacturers warranty runs out!

This washing machine only lasted for one year and five months before it broke down. The hot water inlet valve stopped working and the gears under the tub started whining loudly. I was able to receive a new one only because I purchased a Geek Squad warranty for 5 years. I then purchased a new warranty and hoses for the replacement for $250 for a new warranty and hoses incase this one decides to break down. One last complaint I have about the extended warranty is if you file a claim they will void the warranty, yet no other warranty company will void your contract for a repair or replacement until your 5 years you paid for is actually done. I advice anyone making a big purchase ticket item to find an outside warranty company which will guarantee you the full term contract for the 5 years.

The agents delivered as they should have. My appliances were taken where they should have and installed as they should have.

Got this new washer, does alot of stuff i wont use. But you have to have the extended warranty. At least i do. Just in case. Hopefully wont need it. But got 3 years of coverage.

I honestly never had to use the extra warranty i hope when time comes and i have to use the extra warranty it won't be disappointing

So far I thankfully I have not had to use them for my washer, since it's only less than a week old. However I have used Geek Squad for all my computer issues and love them, they have always been able to help.

Can't go wrong here. In the old days an appliance would last your entire lifetime, now as awesome as new appliances are they are unpredictable making an extended warranty a necessity. This brings me peace of mind!

After having to use this warranty on a previous product I would recommend anyone purchasing a product to also purchase the Geek Warranty. If they can't fix it they replace it. That is very true and it happened to us.
