I paid $99 to have the freedom of 5 years warranty and if they can't fix it they will give me new one I know if some one leaves puts extra clothing for detergent or sudden stops will go bad BUT not anymore !!!

Hopefully I will not need the Geek Squad protection, but it is comforting to know that I will only need to deal with them in case of a repair, and not have to rely on customer service with the manufacturer.

I would rather pay a little more now for a piece of mind then paying for it later and a lot more. 20 yrs ago I would say no, but now. Way too many little electronic components to go wrong.

Live this new washing machine! Lots of different cycles to choose from and is very quiet. Geek squad installed very quickly with no issues

Installer installed both washer and dryer and hope I never have to use the warranty. However I purchased just in case there are any issues.

I hate to say it but now day's you need to take out a Geek Squad protection just to protect yourself cause sometime it cost's more than the plan does.

The Best Buy technician service was great and they explained all the features very simply.

Haven't used them yet but hopefully all good. Just bought it in case I need it in the future.

They brought it in one piece. They made couple dents other than that works perfect.

I love the Geek Squad extended warranty program, they never give me a hassle on a return and I've returned a lot of merchandise from Best Buy.

Always get the Geek Squad on all appliances, and renew it when possible. If they can't fix a problem, then they replace it. Good security for the cost.

We had to make a claim within the first year. Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend.

The agents connected my devices but there was a problems with the washer hook up second time cold and hot water lines not installed correctly... Third time washer replaced fine

With out the geeek squad coverage am not gone buy any thing

Well I got this 3 year protection plan. I haven't had to use it yet and hopefully I never have to. 3 out of 5 stars wouldn't change a thing.

Always great to have a protection plan on large items i have not had to use my plan at this time

We have used the warranty and Geek Squad on almost all products my kids use and never been disappointed. Easy. Quick. Helpful. Saves money in the long run with kids.
