Seems to work well, needed to replace two washers and there wasnt any issue with it

I purchased an extended warranty on my new freezer I purchased. I hope I never have to use it, but I feel good that I am covered just in case.

They setup and wall mounted my 65 inch TV and sound bar. They did a great job. Mounted both items exactly where wanted. Answered all my questions and even let me know how I could expand sound system wirelessly.

Hopefully we don’t have to use this but in the past with major appliance, we had issues and with this protection plan we feel safe

It's a relief to know that if something happens the appliance will be repaired at no cost. It will also be replaced if it can't be fixed.

I have bought geek squad protection before when buying a laptop. I can only imagine how helpful this will be if something goes wrong with my appliances.

Since my plan began 9/12/17, I feel my evaluation done on 11/17/17 would be a bit premature and would tend to err on the side of being slanted as over optimistic which I am sure you can understand. The point is I am glad I bought it.

I am so happy that Best Buy Appliance Rep Linda talked me into this purchase. I have nothing bad to say about my LG front loading washer. I love it. It is efficient, quite, fast and pretty. Save up to buy one for yourself!

They did an ok job installing my washer. Did quite get it leveled right. I had to have someone else to come out and get it leveled.

The applience is good not sure id the price is good or not

Well, I want my 25 Best Buy Points, so here goes. I bought the Geek Squad Protection Plan with hopes they cover and/or fix everything the plan states they will. Have not had to use it yet. So far so good.

I think it’s a good idea to get an extended warranty for the piece of mind knowing that if it breaks after the warranty runs out you don’t have to worry.

It worth to get the protection specially for expensive items. They even exchange our refrigerator without any cost.

Having an extended warranty is essential. This plan is very well priced.

Never been a fan of extended warranties (if the product is quality, why need it?). Bought a refurbished floor model washing machine that failed after 3 weeks. I call and no hassles and it was replaced.

Great washer and dryer. Super quick and quiet. Stackable looks great. And I have not ever pressed the big extra power button yet. Solid build
