Haven't had to use geek squad yet this time but had in the past, with mixed results. Before was told computer couldn't be saved but I went home and had it fixed in 2 hours. This time with geek squad we will see. 4 star was from previous experience.

We bought the warranty and it feels good to have peace of mind. However there has not been the need to use it yet. It's only been 8 to 10 months so I'll keep you updated if anything thanks.

Peace of mind that I have not had to use just yet on my Samsung washer purchase.

So I use these in the agriculture industry. Odd I know. I work on the computers on tractors and I have to be around really big and really loud tractors and motors. These work amazing at protecting my ears from tinnitus. I also listen to songs and make phone calls. Here is the rub: Although the sound quality of my voice over the motors sounds great. But as I’m talking the buds like to walk themselves out of my ears. Or if I’m chewing gum. Never fails. I’ve tried ever tip they offer, if it’s not behind the ear it walks out. But quality of audio and phone bar none. I love love love that it tells me when I’ve hear noises too loud for too long!!!! I need this desperately in my life! How do you know if your listening to things too loud if you can’t hear outside noises. All that being said best pick. Now if you had bids that stayed in during everything, I would be thrilled.

My stove broke right on the end of geek squad warranty. They tried to get parts which ran past the date of the geek squad warranty and since they couldnt get the parts within idk 30 days so they replaced my whole stove with a similar newer model gor free and the stove was about $800+. Have had trouble with a washer in the past. I made it within the warranty once, saved me a ton of money, second time wasnt in warranty and it was just time to get a new washer, by the time you spend the money for a tech to diagnose and repair your better off just buying new. All in all I will 100% always reccomend best buy and there extended warranty options. Only complaint is it does take a while to get a tech to your house sometimes more than two weeks and depending on your issue you have to add on time for parts and then another scheduled trip. Whole process start to finish takes about a month and half Id say for both instances with my stove and washer to get fixed or replaced.

Love love the geek squad protection plan have used it numerous times on different things and have had no issues had a tv break and they gave me a gift card for the worth of the tv and same thing with a dryer I get the protection plan everytime I buy anything here

This 3 yr geek Squad protection warranty paid off and I received a credit for all that I spent and used that credit towards my next Best Buy purchase.Best Buy nicely honored my return quickly and smoothly.

Very important to have this and Best Buy is the only place I have found that will put a warranty on an appliance that is being used at a business

Excellent outstanding people hooking up not only my washer and dryer but our pedestals as well. They went over details regarding the usage and how to program etc. We were very satisfied with this team as well as the product

People be sure to purchase extra warranty my washer went bad at 28 months has repaired went bad again they replaced it with new GE washer at similar price

I was 3 months from my 5 year Geek Squad warranty expiring when my Samsung washer had a major breakdown. Best Buy chose to replace the unit instead of fixing it. They reimbursed me the amount I paid for the original washer to purchase a replacement.

My previous LG washer started to show signs of old age - became very noisy. I got this replacement 1.5 years ago and have had great experience since then. It is an excellent front loading washing machine, quiet yet powerful, easy to use and has all the washing modes I wished for.

Not sure how well this will work since I just got the machine less than a month ago. the amount is too much for only 5 years

It's perfect, they work super fast and I always recommend it because they make the problem very fast for me
