i called about washer not working they sent a third party tecnician out. it was an 8 hour window wait on the day for them to come. they diagnosed the problem and had to order the part. and scheduled the repair for the following week. 4 weeks of the part not coming in and rescheduled repair appointments i had to call best buy back about the issue. they have now rescheduled me for another technician to come out with a 4 hour window to show up for repair. so im going on over a moth without a washer that i paid over $700 after the extended warranty.

I wish they had a 10 year warranty, but 5 years if better than nothing. I hope I won't need it, but it is always better to have it than not.

I bought the Bestbuy extended warranty for my own peace of mind, I do not expect any problems, however, if something happens the washer is covered.

I have purchased many products at Best Buy and have always had great success with getting their warranties. I find their folks easy to work with and knowledgable.
