My washer could not be repaired and was covered under my extended warranty. There was not any problem working through the process and the replaced was scheduled for delivery 2 days later. Service dept ROCKS.

My geek squad service as the easiest and smoothest process ever. Came in and out and left everything perfect

It had been many years since I shopped at Best Buy. And I’m old enough to remember when Geek Squad was established. So, I was surprised to learn Geek Squad also managed deliveries and warranties. I always thought they just fixed computers! We felt our hands twisted a bit into purchasing a warranty. The product we purchased only offered a 1 year warranty. That’s another review for Samsung. We purchased the 3 year warranty for $89.99. We can’t rate the warranty itself as we have experienced a need to put it to use yet. If we do we will come back and write some more information. We did have the experience of speaking with a Geek Squad customer service associate over the phone though. The associate polite, well mannered, knowledgable and efficient. We were only on the phone for 1 minute and 30 seconds. :)

This protection service is worth every penny! Always have peace of mind knowing that should something go wrong, the Geek Squad is always there!

The delivery team installed my Profile combo with great care! Was thankful with how quickly they got things done as well!

Let me start by saying always by the warranty. We bought a new in box Samsung washer and dryer. Got it home, they installed it, programmed it etc etc. 2 days later the washer stopped working. Followed all the instructions, online in the book, even the chat for Samsung. Called Samsung, they gave us the run around for a few hours. Forgot we bought the warranty. Called them right up, the replaced it, never even asked why, they replaced it the next day. It's always important to buy a warranty, especially today where everything has a million electronics. It's not the old days with the top loading washers and 4 parts..

Always buy extener warranty with large purchases. Only downside is that if you claim, you lose the remainin years/months of warranty and have to rebuy for replacement product. If I did not lose the extra year of coverage I paid for I would have given it 5 stars.

Great to know no matter what happens to my device that i can get it fixed and replaced as it is being fixed.

Not sure yet. I haven't had to use it. So I can't give it a fair review

Great prod at a gr8 cost. The machine performance is a 9 out of 10. The vibration tech. wears out within the first two years. Other than that very clean wash. I love the self clean tech. Helps keeps down built up orders in the tub.

Installers were fast and professional! Treated the washing machine like it was theirs ! Excellent customer service! The BEST BUY ever!

I called geek squad about my Samsung washer well they couldn’t work with that I had to call Samsung. They had me pushing the wrong two buttons my 17 yr old grandson showed me the correct two buttons to push. SMH they need to hire him

The guys that came out to delivery they were wonderful they set up everything real quickly and were very very nice

Got the geek squad protection plan. I haven't had to use it yet but I do feel at ease knowing I have it. I've always had great protection with all my other geek squad protection plans

Easy delivery from friendly guys! They called me on the way to my home, arrived on time and were very friendly. They picked up my old washer and dryer and dropped off the new one in about 25 mins. I was very happy with the service.
