Simple protection plan that after research I have discovered is more comprehensive than and has much better customer service than the manufacturer’s warranty.

Love it, simple to manage and easy enough to function

Purchased this coverage on our new Washer and Dryer set. It was very useful, when the dryer broke, they replaced it.

The price of the geek squad service is so affordable, it feels like you’re getting away with something. For a few dollars more you get the security of knowing it’ll be fixed or replaced is everything for me, bc I’m not a wealthy person. When I buy a big ticket item, I’m paying cash to afford financing, but it’s a big chunk of your income at once, so to have the security of the protection plan makes me feel better about spending that large sum of money.

I have always bought my appliances from Best Buy and always buy the extended warranty. The Geek squad warranty is great. Every one is patient, listens to the problem and when needed schedules repair service. The repair techs are professional, efficient and punctual. If you have to skip work to wait for the repair service, rest assured that Best Buy techs will be on time and do the job right the first time.

Geek squad makes it simple to understand and get the service post purchase (after reviewing and comparing manufacturer extended warranty).

Washing my clothes within 10 minutes quick wash 20 minutes regular they leveled it out for me and everything show me how to use it correctly

Even on a busy day it was easy and quick to walk in choose a washer buy it then leave. It actually took me less time to do that than it took my husband to finish a product replacement with a pre set appointment with Geek Squad.

I have mixed feelings on this. I bought the geek squad warranty. I was told that supercedes the manufacturer. My washer less than 30 days old began spraying out the door. Repair came the first time no issue with that. Man stated that it happened again call back. They will bring a replacement washer. As soon as we started a load same issue. I call bestbuy 800 and I am put on hold 45 minutes. I call back and get told geek squad warranty does not supercede manufacturer warranty. So the next morning I go to the store before they open a guy is in a geek squad car and I tell him. He then takes my info and sets me up with a new washer. The Helpdesk is pathetic but local people actually do their jobs.

Currently making an appt for them to come out and service my washer and they are so nice and quick with service

Always get these protections on all my electronics from best buy. I will continue as well they have the best coverage then any b company

Its important to pay for the Geek Squad. When you call, they sent you a technician very quickly. ANd problem its solved. Paying to a technician would be pricey

The delivery men weee superb! They were extremely careful, answered all of my questions, without hesitation was courteous. The sales person was amazing. He listened to my needs, found exactly what I needed and at a great price.

These guys were very helpful when my washer broke down. They came out and diagnosed the problem and I had a new machine that next week.
