I always buy extra warranties. Though it’s not always a simple process to use them. They replaced my dryer after 4 years, free of charge. Sometimes their limitations are an issue. My new TV I’ve had for less than a month, my cats decided to scratch up the screen for some reason. It’s cosmetic, and it’s very noticeable while you’re watching something, but This is not a covered damage. I would’ve paid extra to get a warranty that would cover this kind of damage, but that’s not even an option. So that’s a let down. But I’m confident if I have other covered issues they will take care of me.

I purchased this fridge with suspicious thought.It was worthy and very good quality.I organize my cakes of my own bakery. It’s so good and not to big to keep your space clean

Bestbuy replace a Washer that goes with this dryer didn’t need to if the installation guys would have been better I wouldn’t have needed to even use my geek squad service it was nothing wrong with my washer except a bag was stuck in the outside vent. My tv was installed quick and professionally

Excellent washer and dryer set. Washer gets rid of the stains and clothes smells fresh after every wash. Dryer fully drys clothing very efficient units.

This is on a washer. Haven't used yet. In all honesty I hope don't need it. I would get on washers, maybe not on dryers. Never know the way things are made

While the extended warranty is a bit spendy, we have had a great experience with not too much fuss. The fuss was the smart-alecky kid ordering us around as if he had total control while also displaying way too much disrespect. The aloof posture of the "hands-off" generation is beyond annoying. Bring back corporal punishment, please.

I usually do not get extended warranties, but on a larger purchase, and having had a "lemon" front loading LG for too many years, I thought this was prudent (if I had one of these on the frontloader, I would have used it long ago - instead, I chose to wait for it to die to be frugal). The 3 yr warranty on the Insignia was less than warranties on some other machines and I have the peace of mind knowing it won't just be on me if something should go wrong. Glad I got this!

I bought the Washer/Dryer Heat pump Dry , and as someone who worked servicing appliances for 27 years, I know things can happen, and I also know the technology these machines have now , I needed the Geek Squad on my side !!

So far so good. The LG washer washes clothes with high efficiency. Uses minimal water, but cleans clothes well. Our clothes comes out wrinkle free and smells very clean compared to our old set. Settings on both washer and dryer are easy enough to understand. Never had issues with LG brand and I'm hoping this set will last us for years to come.

Bad quality washer machine worked for 5 months then it broke down. Contacted whirlpool and the next available repair was 3 weeks later then send a 3 Rd party repair company to take a look at it and still waiting on parts for another month?? No parts available?? Whirlpool is made in USA?? The main reason to buy whirlpool was for parts availability since it’s made in USA?????

I will highly recommend this cause you never know when you will need them and the insurance is petty low price

Just do it! In todays age. They dont make stuff like they use to. Invest in your home, it was a good choice. Easy to schedule repairs, quick to repair, no hassle or extra.

A must have purchase with today's technology driven products. I purchased this for our new washer where the entire console is digital touch. With no physical buttons or switches to easily replace, this was a no-brainer. I've purchased a couple of these plans in the past and although I've personally never had to use them, I still see the value in having it for the just in case scenarios. Especially on a larger purchase that would run several hundreds to thousands to replace.
