I have purchased Geek Squad warranty on several large purchases and will continue to purchase it for future purchases. I had a Samsung dryer that kept having the same problem with not heating. After 3 services, Best Buy replaced that dryer with an LG. No hassle at all. The services were easy to schedule. Parts are ordered based on what you tell them is wrong so they can fix it on the first trip. Service personnel are always professional and helpful.

Well worth the price. When washer failed and couldn't be repaired we got a new machine with free delivery old machine hauled away

We purchased Geek Squad protection for our appliance because previous experiences with Geek Squad have been positive and it gives us more comfort knowing a local crew would respond if needed. We haven't had reason to use this yet but believe Geek Squad would do a good job if called upon to help. I hope we never have to use them :-)

Im absolutely elated with my purchase , the features on both items makes washing and drying a joy without a long wait time of completion. I recommend these two products for anyone home addition.

I went ahead and got the 5 year plan for my Insignia 4.5 washer and 7.5 dryer. The agents installed in a fast and professional manner. They answered all my questions and concern. Nevertheless, the 5 year warranty just add a level of extra protection and comfort that my wife wanted. Hope I don’t have to use it, but it will be ready when needed.

For me, Geek Squad has always been a "hassle-free" experience the few times I've had to require their help with a product issue.

Buying extended warranties used to be a tough decision for us. As consumer grade appliances seem to be engineered for shorter lives, it seem more likely we will experience a failure in the lifespan of the warranty. Our old dryer was serviced under an extended warranty and due to a parts shortage triggered a replacement where we got the full value of the previous device purchased (not including the extended warranty price). Glad we had it!

I purchased the protection plan on an open box item, and even after purchasing the protection plan, my total still came out to less than the original price of the item I bought. Definitely worth it to have protection and peace of mind.

Haven't had to use the service of Geek Squad yet and frankly I hope I don't. I have used the service in the past and I was very pleased so we took the three year warranty just incase the Whirlpool appliance was a lemon.

I always add a protection plan just in case! Just do it!

I’ve always had great luck with geek squad service. It pays for itself. I’ve had it on a robotic vacuum that had issues & I ended up with a new one. The newest geek squad protection I got was for my new washer. That way I don’t have to worry about my new appliance!!!!

My warranty I always purchase them just in case I rather be safe than sorry. When I do have an issue, Best Buy takes care of it with no hassle.

The agent I had did an amazing job on fixing my washer. He fixed it quick and was in and out within a matter of 20 minutes

Well they just brought my washer and really didnt have a chance .
