I like having the extra years of service plan. I can't really locate my plan though but I believe it's on file with BestBuy. I think I call Geek Squad and they help if I ever need service so should be very easy to do. Was affordable and worth buying I think if something goes wrong with electronics

I have only had to use the warranty from best buy time, however I got a new camera since the original one I purchased broke and was no longer in stock. totally worth it on large purchases where if you need to repair or replace once it pays for itself.

oh yes i just got it like 3 weeks ago and i love it only one problem connecting the hot and cold water lines if you want just cold water connect it to the cold water line on the back of the washer because I am i had to do it if its on hot line you'll get a error and no water will get into washer

It's a good protection plan to have just incase something goes wrong with your dryer in your home.

To me it just makes no sense to buy something this expensive and not get a protection plan on it.. You are protecting your investment. And the Geek Squad makes it so easy they will come out fix repair or or replace I use eat squad for everything that I buy from Best Buy.

These protection plans are worth the money for big ticket items. If several attempts to repair the item are not successful, this plan provides a replacement of the item at no charge. Never paid for any of the service calls. Definitely worth the extra money.

Haven’t had to use this but worth getting to avoid any future issues.

This is necessary with new appliances. My Samsung washer sounded like a freight train after 2 years. Cost of parts more than the washer. Received a new washer. I have the 5 year warranty, without it I would have been very PO’d and out of luck

The controls were too much for me. i got a simpler LG model. Otherwise the washer seemed to work well.

It is what it is. Insurance... If you don't need to use it it seems like a waste of money. But it you DO need it. It's worth every penny. Luckily we haven't needed to use it as our items have been of great quality so far.

The workers were efficient installing my washer and so far this has been an excellent product. I purchased the 5 year protection to cover any possible problems. My experience with Geek Squad at my church's office computers has been excellent.

5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection gives me the peace of mind needed for service should our appliances have issue especially since they are harder to find and or repair during covid lacking product availability.

I feel at ease knowing if something goes wrong with my washing machine I am covered.

I write this is late January 25, 2018. I never had got geek squad before. I had first bought it for 5 years warranty. Let me know if my laundry get problem. I will call geek squad. But I have been taking care of my laundry for 3 years. I still have warranty end January 2023. I hope if still good or not work.

I need a washer and dryer in my business. Since they are in a commercial setting the manufacturer warranty is void. Fortunately Best Buy protection plans cover washers and dryers no matter where they are installed.

just wanted to make sure that my appliance will be safe.. almost all that i bought in Best Buy we're with warranty. I never experienced any problems when i needed to return or replace it.
