I have used Geek Squad for several years and are very pleased with their help.

Can't go wrong with geek squad extended warranty. Expecially with the way these factory warranty services companies have been doing people. That's my experience!

My protection plan affords me the ability to know that if I have a problem that is not covered by the LG warranty, I need not worry. I can contact the Geek Squad to fix what is amiss! It is worth the extra cost to be covered for an expensive repair.

Geek squad warranty service is a great deal. You can count on large ticket items breaking down from normal use. Having the warranty is needed to give you piece of mind when the time comes for repair service. I challenge you to try and ask the manufacturer for assistance and they will not be helpful. Go geek squad!

Haven't had to use it yet, but good to know that Best Buy will take care of the product for 5 years. Our prior washer/dryer was from Sears, which doesn't exist locally anymore so was happy to get coverage through Best Buy.

went back after I purchase the new dryer to purchase the warranty just because you never know what can happen , so wen you buy something new that cost lots of money please people spend the extra dollars and buy a Warranty.

I purchase protection on large purchases all the time. So far I have not needed to use the Geek Squad services yet but I'm always glad to feel assured that if anything goes wrong, they are available to come take a look and fix it!

a must when you are buying appliances. I bought one for my washer and dryer and a good thing I did. The washer broke less than a year of having it. They honored the warranty with no problems at all. MAKE SURE U BUY A WARRANTY.

if you want peace of mind on your appliances and know they will be reparied if needed please get the 3 year geek extended warrantity they will replace the item if they can not repair it well worth the extra money

I think it is good idea to buy this waranty, hopping never use it.

I used this for a washer and dryer purchase. The washer showed up with minor scratches and Best Buy relaxed it within a week at zero cost. Totally worth it. Great service to have. Great piece of mind!

It always is best to buy a warranty and with the warranty they normally will give you free installation! its well worth buying! They always do a awesome job and showes you how to use the new product!

Price not bad for the coverage. It makes sense to get extra warranties for appliances. They aren't built to last anymore.

The LG washing machine that I purchased has worked very well. The machine is quiet, has a large tub and the clothes are very well washed. I would recommend this washer.

Purchased my dryer and washer from here and if it messes up they will give you a new one , used to shop at cons and they would do minor fixes and I wad back to not having a washer or so on. Love that geek squad work with you and extra protection never hurts! Better to be safe than sorry

I got tired of my washing machine breaking down once a year, so I bought this, with my new one. Only had to use it once they got right on sending out the repair service and fixed it no charge.

Agents delivered and set up my washer and dryer, and explained everything in great detail.
