I finally bought a new washer after my old one was just not cleaning very well after 15 years. Haven’t needed to use the protection yet but it hasn’t failed me before.

Good to have if you don't want to worry about possible expensive repairs. Laundry machines contain printed circuit boards and other electronic stuff that can cost as much as a new machine if they go out.

Geek squad brought the dryer to house during the hours they said they would come. They even called to let me know they were on the way to make sure we were home. Geek squad was very polite while dropping off dryer.

They do help and they have a lot stuff Always friendly

Have purchased protection on many of my electronics, but only needed once and came in handy. Repairs were made at no cost

Geek squad went above and beyond for us. Danny the manager turned our living hell into a great experience. We bout lg washer and went thru hell trying to get it repaired with a lg vendor via geek squad.

This is a no brainer for me. I have gotten this protection in the past and had proved to be a real life saver. Look, it's an insurance policy. Hopefully you won't need it. But if you do, you will be glad you have it.
