The Geek Squad Service plan was a great purchase to get for my stack washer and dryer. It covered my warranty on my new machine. I also renewed it to my new washing machine and dryer again.

I've not had to use the geek squad but it is nice having the peace of mind knowing that they are there if my washer quits working.

Hum, i didn't that samsung dryer is cheap. I reversed door a d screws didnt screw in tight call best buy , best told me to call samsung but samsung was rude told even it a manufacured defect they didnot cover door issues only functional problems and refer me.back to best buy. Eventhough i bought the extended protection buy rep alfonso promised to help me resolve the isue with the stupid but see i just lie to he didnt call me as he promised me. SO IF ARE PLANNING TO APLIANCES DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SAMSUNG BECAUSE AFTER THE 15 DAYS IF IS NOT A FUNCTIONAL THE WONT FIX IT. SAMSUNG SUCKS

As household items become more digitized, the more likely that something will malfunction at some point within five years. I have purchased the five year warranty for every appliance that I have from Best Buy and when I need to call, one number gets me the quality service that I need.

Have not used the warranty as of now but for the price its real good normally everything happens with in 3 years this warranty has 5 years, very few give out 5 yr on warranty on appliances.

We had the Geek Squad deliver and install our new washer and dryer. They were excellent! They explained to my husband how to remotely start the washer and dryer and explained how the washer and dryer worked.

This is a great Geek Squad warranty to have just in case you need it !!!!

Save your money, its not necessary to purchase geek squad-for me at least. If you invest in a good brand with warranty, just use that and take advantage

I believe in having my items protected. Therefore, any chance I get, I make sure I include the warranty on my items. I can't tell you how many times this warranty has come in handy. I would definitely recommend doing the warranty whenever its available!
