Fortunately haven't had to use it as washer is brand new but it is good to have should something go awry.

I had always been skeptical about front load washers but this one has been great so far

Good to know our purchase will be covered for the next many years.

Very big bin and smart home enabled for alexa or google home. It takes a while to wash a heavy load but clothes come out clean.

The geek squad warranty is a must have with any big purchase from Best Buy. The Geek squad delivered our equipment and installed it. They explained the dos and fonts and how to take care of the equipment.

I haven't used the service for the washer but Greek is the best! I've had them work on my laptops in the last.

I made the mistake of having the machines delivered and not installed later to find out from Samsung that I need to install professionally in order to keep my warrantee the geek squad came installed it free of charge when I could to charge me now great job guys thank you

Still got the washer and dryer and i havent had any issues, customer service was great, they brought it in and hooked it all up and i was very apprecitave of it! Thank you!

Alway add extended warranty on everything over 300 always worth in long run

I haven’t how do use geek squad on the washer and dryer we bought yet but I have used geek squad by four and they did a really good job with the repairs

I haven’t had to use this yet but hopefully it comes in handy when something goes wrong with my washer or dryer. I will update in the future.

I went in trying to buy protection on a washing matching I had just purchase and the employee was very helpful. Maalik not only explained to me the benefits of getting the protection plan, he made me feel comfortable and try his best to help me. He was also very polite.

Would definitely recommend it to my friends and family members.

I paid for a 5 year warranty when I bought my washer. I submitted a claim on February 19. Someone came out on 2/24 and diagnosed the washer with 2 problems. A tech returned on March 4. That tech diagnosed the washer problem again with a new issue. Another tech returned on March 12 and then again diagnosed the washer with another issue. Another tech returned on March 17 and the washer was yet again diagnosed with a different issue. The washer has still not been repaired and I have been given the run around about getting it replaced. I would not recommend purchasing the warranty from Best buy because they do not make customers their priority. They are only after the money they make when a customer purchases the warranty.

Haven’t had to use this yet. I hope I don’t have to but I’ve always had good experience purchasing the warranty through Best Buy and geek squad. Way better than Walmart. Don’t ever buy the Walmart warranties
