So far we haven't had to use the protection plan. we have used a protection on an ather product and it was worth the cost.

This is a must have for the appliance. You never know when an expensive part your going to need. Just to have peace of mind knowing that your covered.

I haven't used them but when I call the store they walk me through my problems

This is very important if you want to protect your appliances or electronics. It gives you peace of mind to know that if something goes wrong, you are covered.

I don't buy any appliances without the 5 years Geek Squat Protection. I recommend everybody do the same.

So far we haven't needed it. But it's good to know we have it. Our last washer , manufactured by a different company crashed and burned in 4 years. The one before that lasted over 20 years. Samsung makes a great product.

I have bought extended warranties on everything from best buy, when i spend over $299.00. I have used the warranties, and it has paid for itself, and then some.

I'll give 5 stars for the option to protect my device. I haven't had to use the protection yet though, so 5 stars just for the ability to do so. This is useful since it is for a washing machine.

Many may not need Geek Squad Protection depending on what you are buying, but it's definitely a good option to have in case you require assistance or are buying something prone to have problems.

I've always loved geek squad protection. I purchase it with everything we buy! When something goes wrong they don't hesitant to repair or replace.
