Sure, our installation was a mess. And getting that fixed took forever. But you know what? If this thing dies and it's a mechanical issue I'd rather not have to pay to fix it. Totally recommend it.

They came on time and installed the washer, explained how the washer work before leave our house.

We are so glad that we got the 5 year geek squad protection. We already had to use it and they were wonderful.

They setup and wall mounted my 65 inch TV and sound bar. They did a great job. Mounted both items exactly where wanted. Answered all my questions and even let me know how I could expand sound system wirelessly.

I have not had a chance to use this yet but it’s reassuring to know that if something goes wrong this warranty will cover everything.
