Great to have for new products if something goes wrong

Got this after a really bad experience with the installation of my washer that didn’t work. So I prefer to pay for this, just to be sure that I’ll be covered in case the washer stop working.

The Geek Squad had a challenge getting the machines to the installation area (in a condo) but got it done. I applaud them for their efforts.

I sold the home with the unit when it was a little over a year old so this review is a moot point.

I always get the longest warranty. I have had to use the warranties on several products and always get a brand new one!

Haven’t had to use this service as of yet with my latest purchase.

Best Buy need to let the customers know that this starts with the factory warranty so you are getting four year Not a fair price if four years

I always buy the geek warranty on my purchased. I do because I have had items fail just after manufacturer warranty expired. it pays for itself.

Had no issues contacting support and scheduling appointments. Techs were professional.

Can’t go wrong but I will say my dryer broke and was relieved I had this. A little concerning that it broke 2 years in…. But happy I had this.

My wife and I love the five year protection we have on our washer and dryer. If anything goes wrong on it Best Buy will fix it. It’s a must have..

The Geek Squad Squad crew is great but the scheduling and management and needs some work in as much as they need to be able to be contacted easier and schedules need to be more flexible
