I have it currently for my washer as I haven’t had to call on. However, years ago had the protection for my tv and they tried to fix the tv but when they realized they could not, they gave ma a new tv.

It worth to get the protection for big items like washer dryer and fridge. I used it twice and they were very professional and they fixed my problem.

This washing machine is going in to my son's apartment so while I'm not expecting any issues with an LG product, this is great "appliance insurance policy" for the price. Also prefer dealing with BB rather than Customer Service at LG headquarters.
