I got this add-on for my products. Worth it. I had some minor issues and they came out and fix them with no problem.

Happy I haven't had to use it! Insurance is always a rip off until you need to use it. If you have the funds it provides peace of mind.

This is very important if you want to protect your appliances or electronics. It gives you peace of mind to know that if something goes wrong, you are covered.

This washing machine only lasted for one year and five months before it broke down. The hot water inlet valve stopped working and the gears under the tub started whining loudly. I was able to receive a new one only because I purchased a Geek Squad warranty for 5 years. I then purchased a new warranty and hoses for the replacement for $250 for a new warranty and hoses incase this one decides to break down. One last complaint I have about the extended warranty is if you file a claim they will void the warranty, yet no other warranty company will void your contract for a repair or replacement until your 5 years you paid for is actually done. I advice anyone making a big purchase ticket item to find an outside warranty company which will guarantee you the full term contract for the 5 years.

I always trust Best Buy with the warranty with household appliances. For the price and service, it’s worth it.

Recommend just to cover you back. Unfortunately things for some reason tend to break down after warranty.

Geek squad has always been good to me on the few times i have needed them. Friendly, good service, and worth the money

I have bought extended warranties on everything from best buy, when i spend over $299.00. I have used the warranties, and it has paid for itself, and then some.

My dryer stopped working. Called 800 number for Geek Squad Protection to set up appointment to have it fixed. Geek Squad came out in a reasonable amount of time and fixed the dryer quickly and efficiently. Thank you!
