Awesome product for first time buyer appliances!!!!!!

Peace of mind..they are professional and timely respond to issue.

I was told by some reps that I talked to that I would get some kind of paperwork. All I got was a receipt and no paperwork. The geek squad behind the counter told the clerk that is all I needed. I would like some kind of documents stating what is and what is not covered. Not really crazy on how the whole thing happened.

The agents installed and went over everything with me! I was very impressed and happy I purchased this protection.
