I love this wash/dry combo! It has some great customizable features, and can even be controlled from a phone app. The only con is that drying tends to take longer than traditional dryers.

The delivery guys brought my new washer and dryer, and hooked them up, Very Pleased with there service.

We’re glad to have the option to get a 5 year plan. We’ve had benefits from products needing unexpected replacement and the exchanges were easy. This is for our new washing machine. Unfortunately our 5 year warranty had expired two months prior to needing a replacement. It’s still worth it. We replaced a TV with a five year warranty at 1.5 years.

Scheduled an appointment told me what was wrong not applicable but home and fixed the issue super friendly

I always purchase a Best Buy protection or extended warranty on just about all my appliances and high end electronics I purchase from Best Buy. I have not regret it once. Most times, I never have to use it but the few times I have, Best Buy protection or extended warranty support have been good to me and supported my purchase. I will continue to purchase each type of warranty on my purchases from Best Buy.

I haven't use this protection for my most recent purchase yet (and hopefully won't need to) but I have purchased this and used it before and highly recommend it for expensive items because life happens and stuff breaks, it's good to have that security on your investment.

Most appliances last between 5-10 years. Paying a small percentage of the cost of the appliance for an additional warranty is always wise if you can afford it. You never know when something is going to happen and you need to call in a warranty or repair.

Very professional team. They complete the installation in less than 30 minutes. Clearly explained all the key functions.

There were two agents that I spoke with during the purchase. There was a miscommunication regarding the installations and take away. On arrival, the delivery driver contacted the representatives and they worked together to alleviate my frustrations in making sure that the relevant parts were ordered and another installation and removal was scheduled.

The service was excellent! The guys came removed and delivered my new washer. One of the gentlemen explained how it worked - it was great! I will continue to use this service in the future. Well worth it and a great experience.

Build quality on appliances is not what it use to be and prices are higher. I definitely recommend getting an extended warranty.

So far so good hopefully they last me a long time illegals but Time will tell they're already better than my last washer and dryer thought I would try the front load so that I can put things on top of the washer and dryer

I've purchased these type of insurance before but with Best buy reading through some of the reviews sounds like they don't really care about the customers too much when they return it and worst condition after repairing whether it be stereo equipment. Sometimes I just if I buy a TV I go to Amazon and you could buy the insurance there a lot cheaper you don't have to buy the TV at Amazon to do so. Like asurion or Allstate

Easy to install. Works great. Much quieter than our last washing machine. Good large capacity and plenty of washing options.

I haven't needed to use the 5-year protection plan yet, and hopefully I won't need to anytime soon. However, with the great value that I got at the Best Buy outlet, it was a no-brainer to go ahead and purchase the protection plan. For peace of mind, I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

The one thing that keeps bringing back to Best Buy is their Geek Squad Service. I’ve bought warranty service in other stores and no other store made my coverage as easy as Best Buy. Their customer service team are excellent. Now I only purchase all electronics from tv to computers to sound systems to appliances at Best Buy and so do all my family.
