The team who installed my washer was AWESOME!!! They worked quickly and efficiently, didn't scratch anything, were very friendly, and gave me great tips to get started. They did not have much room to work in, but they got it all perfect!

I just bought the dryer in late June 2024. Hopefully I will never have to use the 5 yr Geek Squad warranty I bought for it, but NO WAY was I going to settle for just the one year GE warranty.

I recommend protection.. never know if product I bought have issues down the road..

I bought this for my prior washer and dryer each and used the dryer 6 times, and the washer twice, and all at no extra charge for me, totally worth it

100000% worth the purchase. They delivered and set up eveything quickly. They ran test cycles to ensure everything was installed and operating properly. Everyone was super polite and friendly.

Bought a washing machine that was seemed internally unbalanced and hitting the back wall and water lines excessively, as well as moving across the floor on a spin cycle even with one dampened towel. Geek squad came and re leveled my machine and was able to observe the machine's unusual behaviors. I was able to get a different machine as i was within the return period. Thank you.

Couldn’t be happier with my LG washing machine. It does a great job cleaning, using as little water as possible. There are many washing options to choose. It is very attractive, holds lots of items, and even sings a sweet little tune when washing cycle ends. Very well made, user friendly machine. Highly recommend.

Whenever I don't buy protection, everything breaks. When I do, everything works perfectly. So I bought protection, and sure enough, everything is working like a charm! My advice. If something costs more than you can afford, or stings really bad to buy it again when it goes south, then buy protection. Otherwise, save your money. Percentages say you will be fine without it.

I hope I never use it, but it always gives you peace of mind knowing that you are covered.

I recommend always getting the extended warranty on large appliances. Geek squad was excellent when I needed their help with a problem I was having. Very professional.

Wonderful technicians, knowledgeable in servicing the appliance that was under warranty. Every time I called customer service by phone the agents on the other line were super helpful and quick in helping me to take care of the issue or answer any questions I had.

Its only been a couple of months, but so far im loving both the washer and dryer. The large drum and front loading makes it soooo easy to wash large loads or thick blankets.

I bought this warranty for my washer because I had an Issue with the first one. I didn’t know Best Buy only gives you 14 day returns on Appliance. I thought because I was elite plus I had 45 days return policy. But no only 14 days lucky Samsung gives 1 year manufacture warranty. The washer broke 16 days inn. So with the second one. I bought this warranty I hope it’s worth it

With the sophisticated computer components in today's tvs and appliances, I feel better knowing I can rely on Best Buy's Geek Squad should something go wrong or if I cannot figure how to use something. They never laugh at my questions, no matter how ridiculous they may seem

These machines are awesome for pet owners. They really do help manage the pet hair and offer great suggestions to assist with doing so. I love the color (matte black) and will definitely recommend these to all of my friends.
