Excellent quality! Can’t ask for more, great price!

Well they just brought my washer and really didnt have a chance .

I always purchase the Geek Squad service. It's a great buy knowing you're protected if you need the service. The times I needed to utilize the service it was hassle free!!!

Highly recommend to buy Geek Squad Protection on all electronics these days. My washing machine protection came in VERY handy and saved me lots of time and money.

Warranty helped my washer get replaced though in order to get it replaced we were still out of pocket $400. I went back & forth with warranty division but finally got things resolved.

I am NOT one who often purchases service protection plans on most items, but my new LG washer/dryer combo is FAR more technology based than the pair they replaced (which lasted for more than a dozen years), so . . . I hope to never use the Geek Squad plan I purchased, but I can rest assured that IF anything does go wrong beyond the standard time, I'm pretty much totally covered. It's hard to put a price tag on that feeling, so I won't fuss at all about what I spent. Done deal, and I'm glad I did it.

over all seems good but I'll call a appliance person before geek squad as i feel they may not leave in good parts came with cause this thing had problems from the start like you push button bunch of time and it wont even start like old switches .don't trust them

They were very helpful and quick in installing my new washing and taking out my old one.

With all the electronics & computer technology, the Geel Squad extended service is well worth the money. Best Buy really takes care of you with this.

Had to use the service after my new washer came off the belt the tech fixed it fast, did have to wait a few days to have them come out though but just glad it’s working again. Definitely paid for itself in one use during my first year since getting the washer/dryer combo. Have 4 years left. Gives peace of mind!

This LG All in One Washer/Dryer is awful. It takes forever to dry clothes and I've only had the machine 7 months and it is leaking water from underneath onto my floor and also in the pedestal drawer. Scheduling a service technician to come out and look at it was another story! He made modifications to the vent filter and I don't see what that has to do with a water leak. It did not fix my problem. I want to trade it in for a standard washer and dryer. I've contacted the Corporate office so we'll see if they will help. This machine cost me over $2000 and I can't afford to junk it!!

Do not ever buy an appliance without having Geek Squad on it. They replaced the machines with no questions asked because it was broken and did not have parts or the machine. Worth every penny exponentially.

This refrigerator purchase is the result of a previous lemon. Geek Squad sent out repair people 3 times and then determined to replace it. The particular model was no longer available so sent me a voucher for purchase price to put towards this purchase. And you bet I bought the Geek Squad protection plan again on this one!

Luckily haven’t had to use the 5 year plan but glad to know I have it incase anything were to happen

I love the Geek Squad Protection Plan. I always hope that I never have to use it, but when I do I am totally satisfied with the service. Geek Squad Protection Plan is what made me decide to buy from Best Buy. The washer and dryer that I replaced was still covered under a warranty, but I got tired of calling, waiting, and hearing excuses. I have never had a problem with Geek Squad

The agents did right by me. They corrected the mistakes make. Stood by me while we worked to make sure everything was in woking order and made sure I had the number to call if anything further was needed.

I love the warranty because I'm covered when my washer and dryer breaks down.
