    I contacted the geek squad for assistance when I had an issue with the product. They were very difficult to get into contact with and ultimately when I did speak to someone they gave me the run around and basically told me to contact the manufacturer, which I did. I ended up having to pay for someone from LG to come to my house. It feels like the geek squad protection was useless.

    With repair costs these days and all the electrical parts, it is worth the peace of mind to have 5 years of protection!
