I usually uy and extended warrantin everything I buy at Best Buy they do work when you have a problem

Got this after a really bad experience with the installation of my washer that didn’t work. So I prefer to pay for this, just to be sure that I’ll be covered in case the washer stop working.

I always get the protection plan because I feel more secure in my appliance

I haven't used it yet, but I have heard great things. Hopefully I won't have to use it, but feel better having the service.

After spending thousands of dollars for appliances I wanted assurances that my washer & dryer would be repaired cheaply, professionally, & timely should repairs be needed in the future.

Highly recommend. My washer shorted out after a thunderstorm just 3 months after purchase, They replaced both motherboards.

Don't have to worry about the appliance breaking down and costing me money to fix it. It will also be replace if it can't be fixed.

Excellent customer service!! My dryer was installed with the greatest professional care. They showed me how to use my new machine and how to keep it clean. The customer service is outstanding.

I sold the home with the unit when it was a little over a year old so this review is a moot point.

Added coverage on a new model ventless washer/dryer. Expensive appliance and my previous unit from a different manufacturer had many problems, so this is for peace of mind.

How can you go wrong with a protection plan? Great customer service with every plan i have ever bought, and I buy a plan for EVERYTHING.

I called for a small leak everytime i did a clean cycle. Turns out when installation was done, it was not leveled. Geek Squad guy knew what he was doing exactly. Happy I got the extended warranty.

I havent used it and i hope i dont need to. I hope the washer purchased lasts longer than the 3 years but f not well im glad we got it....

I haven't needed to use the plan for this particular product, but the service and replacement plans Best Buy offers are always worth it. Get the product fixed or replaces - no hassle. It's a no-brainer.
