Got it because it is important to have and I’ve always had a great experience with their service!

This washing machine only lasted for one year and five months before it broke down. The hot water inlet valve stopped working and the gears under the tub started whining loudly. I was able to receive a new one only because I purchased a Geek Squad warranty for 5 years. I then purchased a new warranty and hoses for the replacement for $250 for a new warranty and hoses incase this one decides to break down. One last complaint I have about the extended warranty is if you file a claim they will void the warranty, yet no other warranty company will void your contract for a repair or replacement until your 5 years you paid for is actually done. I advice anyone making a big purchase ticket item to find an outside warranty company which will guarantee you the full term contract for the 5 years.

Hum, i didn't that samsung dryer is cheap. I reversed door a d screws didnt screw in tight call best buy , best told me to call samsung but samsung was rude told even it a manufacured defect they didnot cover door issues only functional problems and refer me.back to best buy. Eventhough i bought the extended protection buy rep alfonso promised to help me resolve the isue with the stupid but see i just lie to he didnt call me as he promised me. SO IF ARE PLANNING TO APLIANCES DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SAMSUNG BECAUSE AFTER THE 15 DAYS IF IS NOT A FUNCTIONAL THE WONT FIX IT. SAMSUNG SUCKS

Geek Squad does a great job with their protection services. I've used them in the past for many items and have never had an issue.

With out the geeek squad coverage am not gone buy any thing

Great product plan for anything you get from Best Buy.it really helps with anything other than physical damage to the dryer.

Honestly, you know that washer is going to need attention within 5 yrs right?And one service visit could cost more than this Protection Plan. Yup, a no brainer as far as I’m concerned.

I always purchase geek squad protection because when needed they come out and quickly and courteously assist and correct the problem/issue.

I connected the washer and dryer myself but it’s also a good idea to always have the quick acting gig squad on hand
