If you can't fix it, then get a warranty for it; that's just my rule of thumb

Delivered on time, fast hookup by the delivery guys and the price was great.

Geek Squad is the only way to go when it comes to warranty they make it so easy just take it to the store they'll look at it repair it or exchange it same day sometimes.

Must get the warranty when buying expensive machinery. Most of time we don’t use it.

I bought the additional warranty for ease of mind if something has to go wrong after I purchased the washer. Hope I won’t need it

My first washer was defective and the next week I had a new washer that I like and I am happy with.

The agent was very experienced in repairs and quick to find the problem. Took long to get parts. But agent was ready when parts came in.

Love this washer...My last set of Amanas just died and they were 18 years old.

I have not used this as my machines have not been delivered, but I am happy that I will have the piece of mind that if something goes wrong, I have someone to call.

worth the money. especially for big appliances. seriously spend the extra cash. if they can't fix it you get a store credit.

Best in breed appliance warranty, given the imminent failure of Sears, I find it refreshing to go to Best Buy where the voice of the customer is heard and innovated around. For the price you truly can't beat it.

Having a protection plan is always beneficial. I purchased a dryer and when I had a problem Geek squad came out with no problem.

Great coverage and hopefully doesn’t have to be used. Nice to have a backup plan though.

Didn't get this the last time I purchased a washer & dryer. Bad mistake on my part. Didn't make it again when I purchased my washer.

Never buy a high price product without it. I live a ways from the local office for service,, but they always manage to show.
