The initial installers forgot to set up my dryer to the vent but the bell squad came and saved the day.

I have always bought my appliances from Best Buy and always buy the extended warranty. The Geek squad warranty is great. Every one is patient, listens to the problem and when needed schedules repair service. The repair techs are professional, efficient and punctual. If you have to skip work to wait for the repair service, rest assured that Best Buy techs will be on time and do the job right the first time.

Had a problem with my first washing machine we bought and Best Buy stepped right up with my warranty and delivered a new one hooked it up and all is good.

I called to inform the company that the delivery guys were quick but a little too quick because they failed to completely set up the vent/exhaust tubing & I had to call back and get it done properly.

Another warrant, another protection plan. Difficult to rate, because I haven't used it for this purchase. Others, have resulted in a positive experience.

Haven't had to use it yet for our TV but worth it for peace of mind.

I hope I don't need to use Geek Squad for my purchase. If I do need to use them, I know I'm in good hands.

They Installed it sooner than expected and it is the best Washing Machine and matching Dryer that I have ever purchased. I extended by Warranty from two years to five years just to be safe. A Great Value

The agents unloaded my appliance and hooked it up to the correct outlets and tubes . Very knowledgeable about the appliance and how to run it.

My washer could not be repaired and was covered under my extended warranty. There was not any problem working through the process and the replaced was scheduled for delivery 2 days later. Service dept ROCKS.

This reflects my experience with Lowes warranty service and how Best Buy promises to be better. Just over a year ago I purchased a Samsung from Lowes. After about a year and 2 months it stopped working. I did have the extended warranty so I called to make a claim. Lowes contracts with a third party to do repairs. They made a big deal about having the serial number and model number (which they should have already had from the purchase) so they could have the right parts. They arrived without the right parts and tried to order. Did not follow up well. I had to keep calling back and then find out they didnt think it was worth fixing. 4+ weeks later I am finally getting a check for the purchase price of the item. This is where Best Buy comes in. I asked about all of these things and they made it seem very easy and seamless. Geek Squad in most cases comes out for the repair. If they cant fix it, you get a new one. Their warranty also comes with power surge coverage which is not covered from Lowes. I havent had to make a claim but this is already better than Lowes.

Great prod at a gr8 cost. The machine performance is a 9 out of 10. The vibration tech. wears out within the first two years. Other than that very clean wash. I love the self clean tech. Helps keeps down built up orders in the tub.

I called geek squad about my Samsung washer well they couldn’t work with that I had to call Samsung. They had me pushing the wrong two buttons my 17 yr old grandson showed me the correct two buttons to push. SMH they need to hire him

The washer despite being open box works perfectly. Sure it has a few dings and scratches but the functionality is great. And the open box price saved some nice coin over brand new

Recommend to get Geek Squad on all electronic products. You never know when it may come in handy. Very easy to get product fixed or replaced, if needed.
