Worth every cent. Now, I usually pass on extended warranty offers and such. But, Geek Squad is my exception. Not only because they are rock stars- I purchased a higher end Samsung washer dryer set (I am in love with) and they are literally rock stars. I haven’t had to use them but the peace of mind knowing that I can if I need to is awesome. Did I mention that they said it if at any time I need to have my washer dryer fixed I’ll just come and exchange them out for new ones? Yep-oh yeah

My agent Kendall was amazing she not only explained everything very well, she walked me and assisted me every step of the way. Her patience with me was impeccable. It was so nice to be taken care of by someone who knew what she was doing. THANK YOU KENDALL!!

I had so many problems with this dryer when first purchased. The heating element went out after about a month of having it. It was worked on about 6 different times before they replaced the heating element. No problems after it was replaced.

Very good value for an extended warranty especially for a modern machine.

Always a plus to be protected haven't had to use this part yet but I know others that has and they've had great experiences look forward to Future purchases

Washing my clothes within 10 minutes quick wash 20 minutes regular they leveled it out for me and everything show me how to use it correctly

We’re glad to have the option to get a 5 year plan. We’ve had benefits from products needing unexpected replacement and the exchanges were easy. This is for our new washing machine. Unfortunately our 5 year warranty had expired two months prior to needing a replacement. It’s still worth it. We replaced a TV with a five year warranty at 1.5 years.

There were two agents that I spoke with during the purchase. There was a miscommunication regarding the installations and take away. On arrival, the delivery driver contacted the representatives and they worked together to alleviate my frustrations in making sure that the relevant parts were ordered and another installation and removal was scheduled.

I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for over 10 years. I will only purchase my electronics and appliances at Best Buy. Their employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had a problem with my new dryer leaving lint all over my clothes and not on the lint filter. Best Buy Geek Squad offered to stand behind it and replace the unit. I was able to remedy the issue with a piece of weather stripping. Nice to have a company stand behind it's customers. Thank you Best Buy Geek Squad

A five year warranty on new washer for a very reasonable price. I no-brainer.

I love geek squad they have been nothing but amazing to me. They always come and they are super nice if I ever have any issues it’s well worth it. I totally recommend getting this for any appliance that you buy through Best Buy.

After a lot of trouble shooting on a washer unit issue the store went ahead and replaced the unit. Install was professional and extended warranty was worth the price for major appliances.

It is overall one of the needed and best protection against anything goes wrong with your washer. If your washer is defective, it goes wrong the first year and some may go wrong after 3 years. By the time, it hits 5 years, you got your investment return and usually it performs well beyond 5 years. Geek Squad Protection is great for the peace of mind.

It is very quiet and big enough for a king size quilt. I can see through the lid. This is amazing

The delivery guys were great and did an awesome job installing and reviewing the product. Installed the dryer properly and great guys. They clean up the dust bunny underneath the dryer and clean up after themselves
