THE MOST ABSURD SERVICE EVER! We had this product less than 30 days and called because it was not working and wanted a refund or replacement of another set. Best Buy said to wait for their call from sending it up to upper management. When the call came, they said we are sorry it's 3 DAYS PAST YOUR WARRANTY! WHAT? We called you before that. Every tech has been to fix it now for the 7th time in less than a year and it still doesn't work. This company will never purchase another product so much as a USB charger cord. I don't care if I am dying of thirst, and they are outside giving away water...NO WAY. THE RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Bought this with my Maytag washer. Geeks couldn’t fix it. They wanted me to wait 2 weeks for a subcontractor repair man so I just returned it

I got this Maytag washing machine with no agitator and the clothes. I just bopping there up and down. No swish no squash. I had to literally stop the machine. Turn the clothes around every few minutes. I’m never getting a washing machine without an agitator. I need to see the swish squash.

Great service. Worth it beside the fact that it not very cheap.

Got to get protection for items that are easily broken.

protect you investment washers and dryers are not cheap

Good product, I liked the performance so far, and rather quiet.

Less than abyear, the washer is not draining. By not drainining, my electricity bill increase as an additional step -- drain and spin has to be done. Thank goodness I purchased Geek Squad, but sad I had to use it.

I bought the five year warranty but found out that the first years under the manufactur and also it is a $99 flat fee for them to just come and look at it no matter what is wrong with it

Have not yet needed any repairs but good to have in place.

No one EVER CALLS YOU BACK!! IVE BEEN WITH NO WASHER FOR 3 weeks!!! ALL I NEED IS A REPAIRMAN TO COME FIX IT OR JUST REPLACE IT! I’ve been put on hold so much! Same steps 4 different times 4 different people all say the same thing. SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU just wait 6-48 hours EVERY TIME.

Worth the money if anything should happen. Good price

This protection is garbage! They take there sweat time. Its been over a month still sitting on a washing machine that is known by Whirlpool as defective.

Not sure why I bought this, I still haven't use it yet. Let hope if I do it will cover.

I haven't had a chance to use it cause it only been 2 yrs
