Love my washer! No problems. Glad I purchased geek squad protection.

So glad I got it.. my Dryer arrived badly dented (Not BestBuy's fault). BestBuy replaced it within 3 days, I am impressed. My previous dryer not from BestBuy, died within 3 years, labor and replacing the computer panel was more expensive than a new dryer. So I purchased a new dryer and now I feel more secured of my investment for the next 5 years.

Love the removable agitator it really comes in handy when I need to wash larger items like comforters. I also bought the services which included: expert installation, which made everything a Breeze and They even hauled away my old, rusty washer. 

I always purchase warranty through best buy, they come out, fix if needed. Easy to talk to over phone and great repair people.

This washer has proven its worth. I wash light and extremely heavy soiled clothes and this washer continuously comes out ahead.

Best warranty in the business. Worth the extra cost vs their competitors.

Very quiet operations and they wash and dry perfectly every time. The repository for the detergent and softener is a big convenience.

It was my first time buying a conpletely bew set so I was extremely nervous and anxious. Now 2 months after purchasing, I can say I am so happy with my decision. I love doing laundry now! Everything always smells amazing and is so soft.

Absolutely love geek squad! We had the sound go out on our 55" TV. They scheduled service and came right to my house so we didnt have to worry about transportation of the TV. Ordered the parts, and came back to complete the repair all within a week. I only buy my electronics from BB specifically for Geek Squad!

A must have for any purchase from Best Buy. Glad I purchased and have my items covered. Problem when husband purchased items and I purchased plan. Difficult for Best Buy to connect the two even with exact same address. Was finally resolved. BEEARE!

I replaced a front loader with a top loader, same brand. My dog loves to eat the gasket on the FL, so I needed a TL. I love the large capacity and the quiet operation of this washer. My clothes come out clean, as do my great grandchildren's and their parents. I got the champagne color, it's a beautiful color.

No complaints, I tend to buy with most more expensive purchases.

The agents delivered my washer and dryer on a third-floor apartment complex with ease, smooth installation, and they were very gentle with my new washer and dryer. Excellent service.

After the geek squad set up my new washer and dryer they explained my warranty to me. I feel like I will never need to use , it but I’m happy that I purchased the extended warranty. I felt like it was the best thing to do since these units a very large and a bit more technical to repair. The lead geek squad gentlemen that delivered our tv a few years ago was the same one who did this installation for us. It was reassuring to see a familiar face and someone who truly is professional.

I haven't had to use this yet, but did on a dishwasher we bought several years ago. It has been difficult to find local repair people so this works !

kind of noisy and the lid is stuck on “locked” after a couple of months

Bought the set with extraa warranty (first time ever). Developed an issue with the dryer and found out that i had a warranty still on the dryer Within 24 hours of problem starting, the geek squad has a brand new dryer being sent to my house. SERVICE!!!!!

Geek squad never let me down in the past and they won’t let me down in the future!
