I love the warranty because I'm covered when my washer and dryer breaks down.

WITH ALL THE COMPUTERS IN THINGS TODAY THIS IS A MUST HAVE.

I have purchased Geek Squad warranty on several large purchases and will continue to purchase it for future purchases. I had a Samsung dryer that kept having the same problem with not heating. After 3 services, Best Buy replaced that dryer with an LG. No hassle at all. The services were easy to schedule. Parts are ordered based on what you tell them is wrong so they can fix it on the first trip. Service personnel are always professional and helpful.

I went ahead and got the 5 year plan for my Insignia 4.5 washer and 7.5 dryer. The agents installed in a fast and professional manner. They answered all my questions and concern. Nevertheless, the 5 year warranty just add a level of extra protection and comfort that my wife wanted. Hope I don’t have to use it, but it will be ready when needed.

I’ve always had great luck with geek squad service. It pays for itself. I’ve had it on a robotic vacuum that had issues & I ended up with a new one. The newest geek squad protection I got was for my new washer. That way I don’t have to worry about my new appliance!!!!

Buying extended warranties used to be a tough decision for us. As consumer grade appliances seem to be engineered for shorter lives, it seem more likely we will experience a failure in the lifespan of the warranty. Our old dryer was serviced under an extended warranty and due to a parts shortage triggered a replacement where we got the full value of the previous device purchased (not including the extended warranty price). Glad we had it!

I bought this for my prior washer and dryer each and used the dryer 6 times, and the washer twice, and all at no extra charge for me, totally worth it

So far, so good. We purchased this after the previous model failed again and again. This current model is quieter and produces almost dry clothes after a super strong spin cycle. For the money, it definitely does the job. I also purchased a five year warranty without hesitation.

I had to quickly replace my old one that broke. After finding out NONE of the ones advertised for sale at Lowes or Home depot would not be available for delivery until 2 months. I found this one although it was more then I wanted to spend. What I would have spent at laundry matt for my family of 5 if I were to wait those 2 months, would of cost more in the long one. Plus this one was delivered in 2 days & much bigger than I expected with an added bonus of having 3 years protection

I just bought the dryer in late June 2024. Hopefully I will never have to use the 5 yr Geek Squad warranty I bought for it, but NO WAY was I going to settle for just the one year GE warranty.

They were very helpful and quick in installing my new washing and taking out my old one.

One of my TV’s went out. The geek squad tech came to my house and pinpointed what was wrong. A piece needed to be replaced. He ordered the piece and had it sent to me house, and scheduled a time to come back to put it in the tv.. the tv was as good as new.

Got the 5-year warranty I think is a good investment especially the washer and dryer being so expensive. Bought a Samsung refrigerator with the five you warranty and it was worth it. Refrigerator wasn't working too well called the warranty department within a few days they came and fixed it with no problems nothing out of pocket.

Good product no issues. Dries clothes well no gas smell

Door wasnt closing properly and geek squad replaced it fast
