Purchased the Geek Squad Service Plan. Have not needed to use it, doubt I will need to, but better to have a service agreement and not needed rather than need and not have.

I purchased this for my front load washer and had trouble with it and the Geek squad service took care of everything. Unfortunately they used a 3rd party vendor to service the machine since my area did not have Geek squad service ppl and that was kind of a pain but the Geek squad reps were extremely helpful and accommodating and service plan covered the vendor costs and parts. Would highly recommend this!

We always get the Greek Squad warrantee of high dollar purchases. Quick and easy one stop shopping. I’m sure there are other options, but have always been pleased the BB when I needed to call.

The agent mounted my dryer very professionally. They carefully carry the dryer minding the wall and protecting the floor.

5 year warranty on washer and dryer used once or twice on washer dryer before pays for itself if any problems do occur and in 5 years its likely

Do not ever buy an appliance without having Geek Squad on it. They replaced the machines with no questions asked because it was broken and did not have parts or the machine. Worth every penny exponentially.

I purchased this 5 year Geek Squad Protection for my brand new dryer. After it had been delivered, I had a couple of problems with the door latch breaking. I called Geek Squad and they said I needed to contact the manufacturer warranty because they cover it for one year after purchase. So, I guess I purchased this 5-year warranty but I can only use it for 4 years? Make it make sense.

The Geek squad was awesome! In and out in no time at all. I will forever buy this model! It is so reliable and looks good!

I am not sure what to think about this protection. I have purchased it twice and needed it twice, but there is no prorating. Once the dryer is replaced, you need a new Protection agreement. I was six months in on a new replacement dryer. I am electing not to purchase this protection again. I will just get the unit repaired under warranty or replace at Home Depot.

I think it’s good to have. When researching this dryer it seems like most people encounter issues in the first couple years.

They came to my home ordered parts they needed didn't completely fix first time ordered more part installed them and stove is fixed and working as it should. My only thing I think they can do better is less time to show up after u call to scedual I called they came 4 days later then needed part had to get part so 4 days later came back needed more parts so had to date another 4 days but they were polite and explain a lot as they were doing it they also cleaned up after they were done with work

It’s great having geek squad protection I recommend this for anybody and everybody you buy an appliance. You buy an electronic buy anything there and you can get the geese squad protection by it.

I am NOT one who often purchases service protection plans on most items, but my new LG washer/dryer combo is FAR more technology based than the pair they replaced (which lasted for more than a dozen years), so . . . I hope to never use the Geek Squad plan I purchased, but I can rest assured that IF anything does go wrong beyond the standard time, I'm pretty much totally covered. It's hard to put a price tag on that feeling, so I won't fuss at all about what I spent. Done deal, and I'm glad I did it.

We haven't used it yet, because the washer/dryer is working well.
