Let me start off with a huge shout out to Carlos who serviced our machine several times. He was kind, courteous and very informative. I highly recommend the three year plan for appliances.

Thus warranties is a must if you purchased an appliance you will be sorry if your appliance goes haywire one year factory warranty is a joke.

Haven’t had to use this but worth getting to avoid any future issues.

Too early to know how good this plan is, so giving only 4 stars for now. Geek Squad has always been a great value for my laptops, printers, desktops and other devices, so I expect the plan on the dryer will be the same. The dryer was a gift to my daughter and son-in-law and I bought the protection to make it less of a hassle if service is needed, since their work and travel schedules leave little time to search for appliance service providers.

One of the reason I shop at Best Buy first is because I know the Geek Squad support is superior to any other . I purchase it on any item that I believe may need an exspensive repair but also hope I never need the Geek Squad for any appliance that I have pruchased at Best Buy

I got the 5year protection plan just incase I didn't with last tv. Funny it quit just after 5 years.

As happy as i can be with an he washer. My old school 20 year old machine was on its last leg. Hourly get half that longevity out of this one. Wakes well

My previous washer lasted 4 years. I thought it would last 7. Getting a warranty for 5 years works for me in that if it doesn’t last as long as my previous one, I get a new one.

Not sure if I should be writing this review, since I haven't needed to use the warranty and hopefully never will. However, in my past experiences, there is a company that is as easy to deal with when it comes to warranties. So much so, that this is one of the few company's that I almost always purchase the warranty.

It's a good protection plan to have just incase something goes wrong with your dryer in your home.

The controls were too much for me. i got a simpler LG model. Otherwise the washer seemed to work well.

Ourchased this on a black friday deal, and its been great so far. Very efficient with a superb “quick wash” mode that ovly takes 15 minutes.

The guys at the desk are well knowledgeable and helpful. I went in to get my phone checked after the backside cracked. They explaining the issue on the phone. They gave me the right suggestion to take my phone to the main apple store for the options available for me there.

I had a bad experience shopping for home appliances before.I bought this service on a different matter and got very good results, so I bought this service again as insurance this time.

I feel at ease knowing if something goes wrong with my washing machine I am covered.

We purchased the Geek Squad Protection Plan "just in case." However, my experience with Maytag products is that I'll never have to use it. It's getting harder and harder to find repair folks where I live. We also like the tech protection plan on our electronics. Best Buy is a friend!

Totally love my outfit!! The guy said installed it. We're perfect in every way very careful with the units. Needless to say I am very happy!

I have purchased Geek Squad Protection plans for all my appliances and any tech which costs me over $200 over the past 5 years. Great Customer Service at a decent price, which is more than I can say for the Manufacturer's plans offered/Customer Service that I've experience on previous appliances!
