The installation was very fast, the guys were friendly and professional.

We had a different washer it broke within a year best buy didn’t have the same brand but let us pick a different brand and just had to pay a difference we love our Samsung washer

I always buy protection, I haven't had to use protection from any thing I have purchased from Best Buy. Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

We purchased this coverage so we wouldn't have to worry about any potential problems we might incur with this unit. We haven't had to use it yet and hopefully won't need it but glad to have Best Buy standing behind it. We have had good luck with Geek Squad in the past.

I recently purchased new washer and dryer. I also purchased a 5-year protection plan. I haven't had to use any protection plan because the items are still very new. But I feel that the value I got four five years protection is very satisfying

Best washer and dryer purchase ever, and my last machines were Maytags!!! The squats had to bring the machines to the second floor!! They were great and explained every detail!!

Recently purchased a new washer and dryer Samsung set and they look great and also purchased the ext warrantly.

They did a great job. They got my old house washer out and the new one installed in less than an hour. Called me before hand to let me know when they would arrive, and then arrived on time.

Nothing at all its all amazing maybe the only thing is the staking kit didn't come with it .

I actually found the dryer a bit cheaper elsewhere, but the protection plan information was not up to date on the website. When I got the actual information, it was more expensive than Geek Squad. Since I have used Geek Squad for my computer for years, I trust them and now will buy all major appliances from Best Buy.

Great and quick installation...am ready to purchase the matching appliance and will obtain the same 5-year protection. Have not needed to use the Geek Squad, but the peace of mind in case I need them, is comforting.

I purchased this warranty, just incase something goes wrong. I've rarely if ever needed to use a Best Buy warranty but I get it for peace of mind.
