I always purchase the extended warranty. I've had to only use the ones prior very few times but the times that I did use it they always came thru.

Fortunately, knock on wood, I haven’t had to use this yet. However, I do feel safe knowing there is a squad of geeks on my payroll ready to do battle against the forces of evil on my behalf should day ever come that I am in danger.

I purchased my LG washer at Best buy, the performance of this washer is amazing

Gotta say I love this dryer it's very quite and has a lot of heat features. Highly recommended.

I am glad I purchased 5 yr geek squad protection for my washing machine - although it shows no sign of breaking down. If you are afraid of the high cost of repairs and replacements these days, you might want it too. I don't know if I will need it.

Bought this protection for piece of mind but probably won't have to use it. The appliance's I buy at best buy always seem to be reliable and at a competitive price. Service and delivery has always been prompt and courteous.

I am hoping if I run into problems the Geek Squad will solve it in a timely manner

The Geek Squad crew were exceptional as usual with my last purchase. The service provided is highly recommended with any purchase from Best Buy, the peace of mind having professional available for any unexpected service is priceless.

Though I have not used the warranty for the purchase. I would say the warranty is an excellant product with no fine print issues and rejection. I was recommended to take it since it is no hassle warranty.

Hopefully i wont have to use it! Peace of mind just in case

I haven't had to use it yet but we're going to be having geek squad come out once this virus issue has slowed down and see if they're able to figure out why our auto-detergent feeding system isn't working on our washer. Definitely glad I have it though.

I have used them twice and they stated this washing machine is not a good one, they have many people not satisfied with this product. Always on time.

2 yrs. into my 5yr. plan, had minor problem with washer, they were unable to fix it in home and provided me with brand new machine identical to my model.

If I could rate this 0 star I would. If you want to save yourself the hassle don't bother purchasing their protection plan. I have purchased all my appliances from them because they had the best deals. BUT when it comes to getting geek squad to do their job it is the worse experience ever! I started to have issues with my washer a week ago, I have the 5-year protection plan with geek squad so I called to set up an appointment that same day this so call " servicer" called to ask what was wrong with my washer I told him what was wrong and he said they will go ahead and order the part and be here Saturday (8-12). Saturday gets here and its 3 pm no one called no showed up. I called the "servicer" who rudely says the part has not arrived yet and can't do anything about it until the part is delivered I start to ask why didn't anyone say anything or even call to let me know they weren't going to show up, he interrupted me and says he didn't know how long it will take Ill have to call them and find out he can't do anything about it. I called the geek squad and they said the part can take up to 30 days to arrive!! They FAILED to say that when purchasing the protection plan. It is worthless! I end up buying another washer because I can not wait on them to fix it. It can take up to a month! Seriously! I have a washer in my home for a reason and I purchased their protection plan for a reason as well. I did not expect them to turn around and say it may take up to 30 days, and that only for the part to be delivered, then I'll have to wait to make another appointment with them to come to fix it. All this is ridiculous and very inconvenient definitely not worth the money at all! I hope corporate sees the worthless products and services they have and do something about it. They lost a customer with me and I will make sure I share my experience with EVERYONE I know!!

They have the best warranty out there. I would recommend it for any purchase at Best Buy.

My protection plan affords me the ability to know that if I have a problem that is not covered by the LG warranty, I need not worry. I can contact the Geek Squad to fix what is amiss! It is worth the extra cost to be covered for an expensive repair.

I always buy extended warranties for my electronics and appliances. It nice to be worry free for 5 years. Should I need to use the plan, service is excellent and they are available when I am available.

I’ve been told I’m insurance poor, however the peace of mind is well worth it.
