We had good experiences so far with the long protection plans. Several times we had rather expensive items replaced or refunded because they broke. The process was always quick and easy.

I fortunately only had to make one call for information that was not provided in the installation guide or anywhere online. I needed the size of a fitting and to know if it was included in the installation kit. Very helpful.

Although, I am a Best Buy member, I choose the five year warranty because of peace of mind, and no charge to show up!

Great to have for peace of mind. Hope to never use, but have never had a problem with the squad's service!

The extended warranty saved us when our washer crapped out but the price of the extended warranty is crazy pricey nowadays.

I would always reccomend the Protection Plan on any appliance. You never know when something may go wrong .My LG set of washer and dryer are perfect. Love all the different settings they have

Geek squad warranty service is a great deal. You can count on large ticket items breaking down from normal use. Having the warranty is needed to give you piece of mind when the time comes for repair service. I challenge you to try and ask the manufacturer for assistance and they will not be helpful. Go geek squad!

Hum, i didn't that samsung dryer is cheap. I reversed door a d screws didnt screw in tight call best buy , best told me to call samsung but samsung was rude told even it a manufacured defect they didnot cover door issues only functional problems and refer me.back to best buy. Eventhough i bought the extended protection buy rep alfonso promised to help me resolve the isue with the stupid but see i just lie to he didnt call me as he promised me. SO IF ARE PLANNING TO APLIANCES DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SAMSUNG BECAUSE AFTER THE 15 DAYS IF IS NOT A FUNCTIONAL THE WONT FIX IT. SAMSUNG SUCKS

This is the first time I've bought into something like this. and I'm glad I did cuz I needed it later when I bought my washer and dryer and it saved me extra money. I think the money I saved offset the cost of the plan.

Purchased my dryer and washer from here and if it messes up they will give you a new one , used to shop at cons and they would do minor fixes and I wad back to not having a washer or so on. Love that geek squad work with you and extra protection never hurts! Better to be safe than sorry

I love the way they do their installation so fast and perfect, they don't wash time.
