I believe in Murphy. If I buy the protection plan, nothing will happen. All of the reviews of the available units mentioned issues that require service or the replacement of the unit. If something happens, I am covered.

Don't buy expensive appliances from Best Buy without this!

Spending over $1000 on any product you should at the very least consider a warranty. I purchased this 5-year warranty because I brought a $1800 washer and I like want this warranty provide "in case something happens"

I usually don't buy extended plans but after having worked on my old washer at least a half dozen times before deciding to replace it, this was just peace of mind.

I purchased this warranty in case I have to use it. So far so good. In past warranty purchases, when I needed service, someone would always come out. I hope I don't have to use it, but I feel good with my purchase.

Luckily I have not had to use this protection yet, But I'm sure they will do a great job due to the fact that everything I have purchased from Best Buy has been a good product and they treated me very fair luckily I never will have to use it but if I do I know it's there

Good insurance to have in case you have issues with your product.

I love that this guarantee is very good i got it so in the future i don’t have to buy an other dryer but they can fix it

Hopefully I never need it but definitely brings peace of mind. Have used this protection on other items and it has worked perfectly, had to replace a defective item and had geek squad warranty sort me out

Excellent service although have to waited for several weeks for replacement. BestBuy replaced my less than 2-year old Samsung washer with a new one due to several malfunctions.

It will not break!!! It broke :( No worries. Geek squad came out and fixed it in a few days. Saved us hundreds of dollars. We always add this to our appliances and it always pays off. Love it!!!
