it's a good deal if you do a lot of business with Best Buy like we do. We do o property management and buy a lot of appliances thus one of the benefits is free delivery or haul away. this paid for itself within a couple of months for us

I am pleased to hear that geek squad is very fast and efficient.

Bought this warranty service for my was machine. Have always used Geek squad service for my appliances and electronics. Had to use once to have Samsung television replaced. The only problem when replaced had to buy new warranty for replacement.

I have not had to use yet but with other product under the geek squad the service was great.

I have had to use this coverage in the past and it gives me peace of mind having it, especially since they don't make items like they used to and they break down alot quicker now days.

The LG washer and dryer were installed without damage to floors, etc. Same for the removable washer and dryer. I think the how to run selection instructions of the washer and the dryer could be a littler clearer.

Have purchased protection on many of my electronics, but only needed once and came in handy. Repairs were made at no cost

Washer works great and the antifungus control works fantastic

5 year protection plans are worth it for any device!
