We always purchase the 5 year Geek Squad Protection Plan when we buy a product from Best Buy: worth the peace of mind to know you are covered beyond Mfg. Warranty.

My washer gave out and geek squad replaced it right away. Highly recommend getting it.

The Geek Squad Service plan was a great purchase to get for my stack washer and dryer. It covered my warranty on my new machine. I also renewed it to my new washing machine and dryer again.

Have not used the warranty as of now but for the price its real good normally everything happens with in 3 years this warranty has 5 years, very few give out 5 yr on warranty on appliances.

A must have for all appliances these days it seems like things aren't built to last anymore.

Save your money, its not necessary to purchase geek squad-for me at least. If you invest in a good brand with warranty, just use that and take advantage

I paid for a 5 year warranty when I bought my washer. I submitted a claim on February 19. Someone came out on 2/24 and diagnosed the washer with 2 problems. A tech returned on March 4. That tech diagnosed the washer problem again with a new issue. Another tech returned on March 12 and then again diagnosed the washer with another issue. Another tech returned on March 17 and the washer was yet again diagnosed with a different issue. The washer has still not been repaired and I have been given the run around about getting it replaced. I would not recommend purchasing the warranty from Best buy because they do not make customers their priority. They are only after the money they make when a customer purchases the warranty.

We had the Geek Squad deliver and install our new washer and dryer. They were excellent! They explained to my husband how to remotely start the washer and dryer and explained how the washer and dryer worked.

The Geek squad is always courteous and professional. I Always get the longest warranty.

As household items become more digitized, the more likely that something will malfunction at some point within five years. I have purchased the five year warranty for every appliance that I have from Best Buy and when I need to call, one number gets me the quality service that I need.

I’m so happy I purchase 5 year protection warranty on both new washer and dryer sets especially during covd 19 virus crises clean clothes are a must to keep viruses from spreading love love love my machines

I have not had to use this protection yet, but in the past they have been very responsive. 5 years is a great deal for the price I paid.

Always there to help when needed though i havent needed to use it more than a couple times.
