Geek squad 5 year protection is great to protect your appliances from possible damages.

I've had my washer and dryer for a year and haven't had to have any service completed, but I feel good knowing I have this if I do need it!

I bought this because I felt it is better to be on the safe side. Of course, equipment has a tendency to fail just after the warranty is over, but I guess that is life.

Needed a washer and dryer I've had no real issue with these machines, they work extremely well.

So, the five year plan is actually a FOUR year plan because I am required to utilize the manufacturer warranty within the first year. This was not explicitly stated when I purchased the protection plan and is quite frustrating because Best Buy sells you a five year plan not a four year plus manufacturer warranty plan.

My product was damaged and they sent it back. I was happy that it didnt take that long to bring it to me and install it right away. It gives me peace of mind.

I purchased the extended warranty since the manufacturer warranty is one year. This is a major appliance purchase and wanted to protect my investment in case something happens to the washer components.

glad to have a warranty I hope to never use. could be cheaper and should be included IMO

I have only had to use the warranty from best buy time, however I got a new camera since the original one I purchased broke and was no longer in stock. totally worth it on large purchases where if you need to repair or replace once it pays for itself.

Works great, love the steam feature, no problems with vibration, short clean cycles but cleans great!

I had my Samsung washer out of order after a year. Unfortunately I did not purchase the extra protection plan so it costed me fortune to fix it but i had to do it anyways. Great services and friendly mechanics thanks to Bestbuy Geeksquad. Thank you!

Washs and drys everything once, and clean and dryy

A great value. Have had great experiences with geek squad support before (fantastic really). Haven't had to use it yet on this so can't speak to that.
