This is my second Samsung washer and dryer set. The first set was great and near the end the protection package was VERY well worth it.

You can't go wrong with the geek squad protection...it could come in handy one day.

Great service but I wish they will give you a shorted window for their visit.

Geek Squad protection is a great opportunity to protect your products. You never know an item may fail after the manufacturer warranty is complete.

I got the 5 year plan. And my washer broke and they came with a new one. Always make sure u have a plan in place best thing ever.

i called about washer not working they sent a third party tecnician out. it was an 8 hour window wait on the day for them to come. they diagnosed the problem and had to order the part. and scheduled the repair for the following week. 4 weeks of the part not coming in and rescheduled repair appointments i had to call best buy back about the issue. they have now rescheduled me for another technician to come out with a 4 hour window to show up for repair. so im going on over a moth without a washer that i paid over $700 after the extended warranty.

This washing machine is going in to my son's apartment so while I'm not expecting any issues with an LG product, this is great "appliance insurance policy" for the price. Also prefer dealing with BB rather than Customer Service at LG headquarters.

Replaced leaking samsung. So far so good. Hope it doesn’t leak.

Added protection a few days after buying my washer. Nice piece of mind to have for expensive purchase.

Havent had to use it yet but knowing i have it is a relief.

Hope this coverage is better than home depot's all they did was give me the run around when it came time to repair. This coverage is great because it's though there geek squad after the first year.

Geek squd did great job on second delivery of washer. First time the left in hall. I think they wanted to go home and evening mgr didn’t help

Great deal. I purchased this plan for both my new washer and dryer. Hopefully I never have to use it. But it's a great feeling to know I am covered if something goes wrong.

Having access to the geek squad 24/7 for me is a life saver. I work remotely from Arkansas to California. Down time for me is a killer. I have used the service four times since purchase and its been excellent. Highly recommend.

Calling up the crew and easily scheduled the appointment to see and fix the problem with my fridge. The crew handled it with care and explained in human language to me.
