Great work they always go above and beyond for their customers

I have always purchased extra warranty on major or high price items. The geek squad has always fulfilled their obligation to our extra warranty when we needed to use it. They seem to always be professional. Equipped with good advice.

Don't really know why Best Buy asks for a review of their appliance protection plan. I normally do get protection plans on large purchaces just in case. I had the option of 5 or 3 years and I went with 3 cause its a little cheaper and if I decide to I can always renew it for 3 more years.

Purchased for my dryer. I do not expect much to go wrong but nice to have an assurance that if something does malfunction I can call geek squad to address the issue.

HAVE NOT HAD TO USE YET BUT I FEEL BETTER KNOWING I HAVE IT

Value seems appropriate for the proper protection of an appliance.

Haven’t had to use yet so unsure 5-star. Expect all will be good.

Get it! I was given a washer that didn’t work. Was replaced due to insurance.

From the advertised description of this service, it seems like a good deal for the money IF they honor it. My appliances are only a few months old now and fault-free so I cannot give a review of an actual experience yet.

I have not had to use this service as bst buy has excellent quality products but I know they have helped me tremendously in the past with my computer questions

I always purchase a warranty for any Best Buy product. The only company that has a hassle free warranty process! Items always get fixed or replaced promptly!!

I hope I don’t need to use it but got it because I’m a sucker and didn’t want to deal with it if there happens to be a problem. I have also had good experience in the past.

The LG washer and dryer was exactly as described. The build along with the spaciousness of the machines couldn't be more correct. Wish I had purchased it long ago.
