I like this washer a lot but I feel like it needs to input more water for bigger loads

I have not had a chance to use this yet but it’s reassuring to know that if something goes wrong this warranty will cover everything.

Geek squad seems to be better than warrantees purchased at Lowe’s. It was a hassle to get the refund at Lowe’s and geek squad covers power surges as well.

So far we haven't needed it. But it's good to know we have it. Our last washer , manufactured by a different company crashed and burned in 4 years. The one before that lasted over 20 years. Samsung makes a great product.

I really like the piece of mund it is to have a warranty on such a crucial appliancein the house. Not a worry it going to fail next year.

Purchased the 5yr protection for my new washer. Hope i never need to use

NEVER BUY GEEK SQUAD Protection! It's a scam where they don't provide a contact number, a case number or anyway to follow up on a service call. Washer failed 6/12/25. Schedule Service for 6/16/25. Tech shows up with no parts, said it could be 3 parts that failed and he would order all 3 and return 6/23/25. Tech never showed. We have since spent 5+ hour on the phone trying to speak with anyone who cared, much less would help. We have spoken to 4 different Supervisors who promised they or someone would call us back and get a tech onsite. Still waiting......

Bought the Geek Squad extended coverage to get added coverage after the washer & dryer manufacturer's warranty ends.

Geek squad is a great Team! They have always taken care of us.

I required a new washer when my old one went south. Shopped for these and fit my needs and budget. No problems or issues to date.

I should not have had this use this service since the dryer is brand new and only 3 months old. I did have to call in a request. The Service Repair Specialist was excellent, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.

Hope I don’t need to use the warranty and my new LG washing machine works without fail. I bought it because without the warranty your stuck with no help!

The agents for Geek squad was professional and every courteous. They had on their masks and gloves, they cleaned up after themselves and answered all my questions.

Got this 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection since we use the appliance a lot and knowing if something breaks we can get it repaired with no out of pocket expense.

I haven’t called the geek squad for my washer yet.

I personally think the pricing is a little high. But when you’re concerned about breakdowns of an high priced appliances, you’re willing to pay the price.

Get the geek squad warranty. you are crazy if you do not. I have buy everything at best buy.......everything and I have used the warranty a lot.
