Well, I want my 25 Best Buy Points, so here goes. I bought the Geek Squad Protection Plan with hopes they cover and/or fix everything the plan states they will. Have not had to use it yet. So far so good.

Always had excellent service experience with all my Geek Squad services, now going 20-years with them.

Geek Squad Protection gives us peace of mind. Should we need service, we know where to turn and that the service will be that of an expert.

I love my washer and dryer I can do o e big load also I can do my big Comforters without going to the laundry mat anymore love it

I recommend getting coverage on any item that is financed.

Never been a fan of extended warranties (if the product is quality, why need it?). Bought a refurbished floor model washing machine that failed after 3 weeks. I call and no hassles and it was replaced.

Better to protect yourself now and pay up front for protection versus paying a ton more if you did not purchase any type of protection. Appliances are not built like it used to in the past

We always get the Geek Squad Protection on our high ticket items purchased from Best Buy. When I used them in the past, I got great Customer Service!

I was told that the representative was going to install the new device and pick up the old one. But neither one of these things happened
